General Guidelines
We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

🔧 Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement promptly.
How to Initiate a Return

We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item:

Pack securely and include the RMA on the package.

Use a trackable shipping method—we’re not responsible for lost returns.
4️⃣ Processing:

Refunds/exchanges are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Method: Issued to the original payment.

Timing: 7 business days after we receive the item.

Shipping Costs:

Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Need a different size/color? We’ll exchange eligible items within 30 days. Follow the same return steps—shipping fees may apply for the new item.
Special Cases
🌍 International Returns:

Customers outside the original shipping country are responsible for return shipping and customs fees.
🎄 Holiday Policy:

Purchases made between Nov 15–Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31 of the following year.
